01 User Agreement
By accessing the Calamba City Women's Center (CWC) Portal, you agree to be bound by these terms. This platform is designed to provide vocational training opportunities. Users are expected to interact with the system and other community members with integrity and respect.
02 Privacy Statement & Data Security
In compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, we ensure that all personal information and uploaded documents (such as IDs and Certificates) are handled with strict confidentiality. Your data is used exclusively for enrollment verification, government documentation, and academic records within the CWC.
04 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information. Providing fraudulent documents or impersonating others will result in the immediate termination of your account and disqualification from all CWC programs.
05 Course Enrollment & Attendance
Enrollment is subject to eligibility checks. Regular attendance is required to earn certifications. The CWC reserves the right to modify course schedules or requirements based on community needs and instructor availability.
